These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContentFast (the "Service"), available at contentfast.ai. The Service is operated by its owner, an individual based in Portugal ("ContentFast", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ContentFast is a content workspace: you import, organise, edit and refine draft social-media posts, and deliver them to third-party platforms — social networks (via our publishing partner) and Telegram. Certain features use artificial intelligence to transform text you provide. The Service is provided as a subscription with an action-based credit system, plus optional one-time purchases.
You retain all rights to the content you upload or create in the Service ("Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce and transmit your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — including sending it to the platforms you connect and to AI providers for the features you invoke. This licence ends when you delete the Content or your account, except where retention is required by law.

We do not pre-review Content, but we may remove Content or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms or the law are violated.
Publishing to social networks is performed through our publishing partner (Post for Me) and to Telegram through the Telegram Bot API. By connecting an account you authorise us and our partners to publish on your behalf. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of each platform you publish to (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Telegram and others). We do not control and are not responsible for those platforms — including rejected or removed posts, account restrictions or bans, API changes, or content moderation decisions they make. Features may change or become unavailable if a platform changes its API or policies.
AI-generated suggestions (rephrasing, enhancement, import parsing) are produced by third-party language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable; you must review it before publishing. You are solely responsible for any Content you publish, whether or not AI-assisted. We make no promises about engagement, reach, follower growth or any other outcome.
EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal. By purchasing you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that once you begin consuming it (including spending any credits), you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal to the extent of the service already performed. If you withdraw within 14 days without having used the purchase, we will refund it in full.

We may throttle, suspend or terminate access for violations, with credits and fees forfeited in cases of intentional abuse.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without uptime guarantees. We may modify, add or remove features, and perform maintenance, at any time. We will not materially degrade the core paid functionality during a paid period without a proportional remedy.
Media you upload (photos and videos, including your Media Library) is stored in private, access-controlled storage and is readable only by you — access is served through short-lived signed links, never public URLs. We apply a fair-use storage allowance per plan, shown in the app; we may ask you to remove excess media above your allowance.
When you delete a media file, a post, or a brand profile, the associated media is permanently removed from storage within a few days. When you delete your account, all of your Content and media is permanently deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. billing history). We do not retain your media beyond what is needed to provide the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms; where reasonable, we will notify you first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent (dolo) or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including the terms of connected platforms.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice in the Service or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel your plan before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the competent Portuguese courts. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may use local consumer dispute-resolution bodies.
