FAQ & troubleshooting

Instagram won't connect

Nine times out of ten: the account is personal. Meta only allows publishing for Business or Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page. Switch in Instagram → Settings → Account type, link a Page, try again. On the Facebook picker, select only the right account — remove strays with the ×.

A publish failed

The account chip shows the reason. The usual suspects: awaiting client approval (approve the post first), not enough credits (top up or wait for the cycle), no card on file for a plan action, or the network rejected the media (too long, wrong format — the error says which). Failed publishes refund their credits automatically.

Telegram package didn't arrive

Check profile settings → Telegram says Connected; if you use several chats, remember Disconnect clears them all and a re-connect is one Start press. Large videos can take a minute — the bot sends files, not links. Still silent? Re-send manually from the post card and watch for an error toast.

The view counts look lower than the app shows

Metrics come from the networks via our publishing partner, and the networks lag — Instagram insights can trail reality by up to 48 hours, and cached numbers refresh on sync. Press Sync feed in the Published view for the freshest data. Persistent big gaps on a specific post are worth reporting to us at hello@contentfast.ai.

A team member can't see something

By design: profile settings, publishing, billing and credit history are owner-only. Clients additionally can't upload media or change statuses. If a working team member is missing whole profiles, check their invite's profile scope in Settings → Team.

An invite email never arrived

Check spam first — then use Resend (Settings → Team for teammates; generate a fresh link for client connect invites, old ones stay valid for 7 days). Invitation links are single-purpose and expire, so a fresh one is always the safest fix.
