The cardinal rule of working with AI-generated content: never paste ideas one by one. The Import ideas button in the studio header takes your whole brainstorm at once and turns every idea into its own card.
What you can import
Pasted text — a list, a table copied from a chat, free-form notes. Free.
Excel / Word files — the importer recognizes columns like theme, hook, caption, hashtags in any language, with or without headers. Free.
PDF — the AI reads the document directly. Costs 5 credits per import.
Big pastes are processed in chunks with a progress bar — a 300-idea import lands while you make coffee. The importer reuses your existing themes when the content clearly matches one, and invents short new ones when it doesn't.
After the import
Every idea becomes a card with a theme, a short hook phrase, a caption draft and hashtags — whatever the source contained. Nothing is invented; missing fields stay empty for you to fill. Review the batch, archive the weak ones (a 30–50% keep rate from a big AI brainstorm is normal and healthy), and move the survivors to In work.
