Move a post to Scheduled and the card grows a Publish section. Tick the accounts you want, choose when per account (now, a slot, a smart time or a custom moment), and hit Publish. Each network costs 10 credits; a doomed publish never charges — validation runs first.
Video covers
For video posts the publish bar has a Cover control. Two ways: pick a frame — scrub through the video with the slider and lock the exact frame (works on Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok), or upload an image — a custom cover file (works on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube; on TikTok only for Business accounts). Uploaded covers are saved to your media library. Default is the first frame.
Instagram location
When an Instagram account is selected you can tag a place: paste the numeric id of the place's Facebook Page into the Location field. Find the place on facebook.com — the id is in the page URL or its About section.
TikTok: privacy, disclosure and music
TikTok asks for a privacy level (public / friends / only me) and honest flags for AI-generated and branded content — set defaults in profile settings, adjust per post. And the music trick: no API can add licensed music, so tick “Send to TikTok drafts” — the video lands in the account's drafts, and whoever owns the phone adds the trending sound in the app and posts.
After you hit Publish
Each account chip shows its status live — publishing, published (with a View link to the real post) or failed with the reason. Once every target lands, the post flips to Posted and appears in the Published view with its stats.
