Every post has a workflow status: To-do (raw idea) → In work (being polished) → Scheduled → Posted. Archive is for ideas that didn't make it — out of sight, never deleted. Filter tabs above the board show one stage at a time.
Slots and smart times
In profile settings you can define posting slots (say, 10:00 / 14:00 / 20:00). When you schedule a post, those slots appear as one-click suggestions for the next few days. Next to them you'll see Smart times — suggestions computed from when your audience actually engaged, falling back to network benchmarks while your history is thin.
The calendar
The Calendar button in the studio header opens a month/week/day view of everything scheduled and published across all profiles, each dot colored by profile. Click an entry to adjust its time on the spot.
